I don't understand your question? Do you want to convert the prefab name to lowercase in a plugin etc? Or what?

 

I'm getting the same thing and it's spamming it a lot.

 

Oh right it's an error you're seeing. Most likely to do with rusts recent name changes and a plugin making use of that prefab name.
