7 Days to Die Command listings for rank

I dont know if it's possible to do , but i have a request for a plugins on this mod.

It is possible to make a plugin who can tell with chat only for the player who type the cmd on the chat like /listcmd
and it show his rank permission lvl and his cmd available for him ?

and also from this plugin also the owner can change or add in game the available cmd for the player or admin ?

Or maybe in the console if the command can spam him chat box.
