I don't see any errors, just debug and log messages from the game itself. The Oxide download looks fine too, no issues on our end.

Sounds like you have something removing the files, else it wasn't fully downloaded. The zip is complete though.

If you can't see your server, the port is either no forwarded or the server isn't connected to Steam. Keep in mind that you need the Steam client running for the server still as far as I know.

If the files aren't extracting, you may want to try a different program such as 7-zip. The .zip provided is compressed with that and is the same as every other zip for other games provided. I had no issues extracting it locally though when you posted.

The server requires the Steam client to be running and logged in.

Thanks, I will give that I try also just for my understanding that in order to launch the server you need to be connecting to your steam account

Also, i have set the follow option down here on a token

// Your Steam account name. blank means anonymous
    serverSteamAccount my token

The serverSteamAccount is something you can generate via a Steam page, though not sure the real benefit of it.

The -nosteamclient is supposedly to allow the server to run without the Steam client, though not sure it fully works or the benefit of it.

The -enableVAC setting doesn't have any options as far as I know, just add or remove it if you want VAC.

Sounds like you aren't actually using the dedicated server, perhaps the client by mistake? Else you are trying to run it from a location where the server isn't installed at.

If using Oxide, the Server.cfg would be in your root install, not under AppData.
