Solved Calling airdrops and helps on vanilla?

Hi,
I have a vanilla server and I don't have a plugin that controls the time of the airdrop and helicopter.
The airdrop spawns auto every 2-4 hours, also the helicopter.

How I change it without installing a plugin?

 

Unfortunately there isn't an option to change the frequency of airdrops/helicopters on a vanilla server.
