Rust Build anywhere

    You should be able to look in any direction and set a distance as to where to place a foundation.

    This would allow sky cities to be built, the possibilities are endles, I can think of a few cool events you could make out of it. Would love it if someone could make this, it seems very simple, just unlock foundation needing to be on ground requirement and set a distance at where you're looking - PLEASE MAKE THIS SOMEONE :D <3

    Use 'spawn foundation' (or like this, its 'spawn' - admin command)
