Rust Bradly APC customization

So much like the heli Im looking for an addon that will allow me to set the following:
Max Crates
Time before unlocking crates
Custom Loot Table
APC Speed
APC Health
Prevent crates from spawning when forcefully killing APC
Water required to extinguish napalm flames
APC (both) gun accuracy, Damage and Burst Length
APC Max target range

Maybe put a timer on the APC in which it automatically destructs?
Also a respawn timer for the APC
Would also like to be disable either of the guns if possible
