Rust Baseview plugin (will pay $)

Hello,

So I came up with this idea that during the construction of your own base you would be able to type a command that gave you a spectated birds eye view.

You would only be allowed to do this command in building privileged areas where you have access to the tool cupboard.

Command:
/baseview [toggles on and off]
/baseview <playername> (ADMIN)
