1. Is this a sign of a mis-matched Oxide Files?
    Code:
[SERVER v1.0.24] Console: warning CS1702: Assuming assembly reference `protobuf-net, Version=2.0.0.622, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=257b51d87d2e4d67' matches assembly `protobuf-net, Version=2.0.0.668, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=257b51d87d2e4d67'. You may need to supply runtime policy

Sounds like a plugin is for some reason manually referencing // Reference: protobuf-net when they shouldn't need to.

  3. So I have a hosted server with a host and a local test server... I only am getting the error with the same plugins used on the hosted server... Does that sound reasonable? I didn't think to mention that in the original because i thought it would be mismatched Oxide files.

Appreciate the response's so far - I will look tonight to see if I can find anything.

Did you overwrite all files included with the Oxide zip? There's an updated protobuf-net.dll that would overwrite the one that comes with Rust.
