Solved Animal spawn rate

I'm looking for a plugin that will increase or decrease the spawn rate of animals and as a bonus spawn rate of rocks if possible

 

BUILD plugin will let you spawn what you want when you want in the amount you want. Animals, rocks, trees, and everything. be careful of the right click mass spawn because it is massive spawning.
