    MOTD

    Send messages to the player / server when a player connects.
    Run the plugin once to create the motd.txt file in the data folder.
    Do not edit the MOTD.lua to update the messages, only update the motd.txt.

    Supported messages tags:
    |USERNAME|
    Show the connected players name.

    |STEAMID|
    Show the connected players steamID (Ex: STEAM_1:23937907:0)

    Messages types supported right now:
    PrivateChat
    Sends 1 or more private chat message.
    default:
    Code (Text):
    {
        "Welcome |USERNAME|!",
        "Hope you like it here!"
    }
    Notice
    Sends 1 or more private notice messages (top of the screen message).
    default:
    Code (Text):
    {
        "Welcome |USERNAME|!"
    }
    AllChat
    Sends 1 or more public messages to the server when someone connects.
    default:
    Code (Text):
    {
        "|USERNAME| (|STEAMID|) connected."
    }

    Default motd.txt
    Code (Text):

    {
       "ChatName": "[SERVER MESSAGE]",
       "Notice": [
            "Welcome |USERNAME|!"
        ],
        "AllChat": [
            "|USERNAME| (|STEAMID| / |STEAMID64|) connected."
        ],
        "PrivateChat": [
            "Welcome |USERNAME|!",
            "Hope you like it here!"
        ]
    }

    Dependencies
    There is one slash command /motd.
    All this does is reloads the plugin, good for when you update the motd.txt file.

    To use /motd you need to have oxmin, but the plugin runs with out it also, just need to restart the server when you update motd.txt.
    OnkelBazi and Tracker like this.
