    Metabolism allows you to change or disable the default metabolism values such as health, calories, and water (hydration) for all players with the related permission.

    Permissions

    This plugin uses Oxide's permission system. To assign a permission, use oxide.grant user <name or steam id> <permission>. To remove a permission, use oxide.revoke user <name or steam id> <permission>.
    • metabolism.boost (boosts player's metabolism rates and spawn amounts)
      Ex. grant user Wulf metabolism.boost
      Ex. revoke user Wulf metabolism.boost
      Ex. grant group default metabolism.boost
    • metabolism.none (disables hydration and calories loss)
    Configuration

    You can configure the settings in the Metabolism.json file under the oxide/config directory.
    Code (Javascript):
    {
      "Calories loss rate (0.0 - infinite)": 0.03,
      "Calories spawn amount (0.0 - 500.0)": 500.0,
      "Health gain rate (0.0 - infinte)": 0.03,
      "Health spawn amount (0.0 - 100.0)": 100.0,
      "Hydration loss rate (0.0 - infinite)": 0.03,
      "Hydration spawn amount (0.0 - 250.0)": 250.0
    }
    Gain rate - The rate at which players regenerate HP. Rust's default is 0.03
    Loss rate - The rate at which players lose calories and water. Rust's default is between 0 and 0.025
    Spawn amount - The value players have when they spawn (connect and when spawned)
